PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

How do I freeze my HoneyBaked Ham or Turkey?

If you haven't opened the  package yet, simply freeze in the packaging provided. If you have opened wrap the product tightly in foil and place it in a large plastic freezer bag. Squeezing out as much excess air as possible before sealing. They can be frozen for up to four weeks.

 

Do your products arrive frozen?

All of our hams and turkeys are shipped frozen to arrive partially to fully thawed. Of course a number of factors affect how it arrives, but we guarantee that it will be cool to the touch.

 

How long should I keep my ham or turkey in the refrigerator?

5 to 8 days

How long does it take to thaw a HoneyBaked Ham?

24 to 36 hours in the refrigerator.

 

How long does it take to thaw a HoneyBaked Turkey Breast?

12 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

 

 

Do your hams have gluten in them?

You can place your order up to 90 days in advance on web, but also feel free to call us at 1-800-854-5995 if you'd like to order earlier.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

Do you ship to other countries?

Sorry no. The customs process could cause delays and that could cause spoilage.

 

Will UPS deliver to a P.O. Box?

Sorry no.  UPS is unable to deliver packages to the post office. But call us if you are shipping to a small town without a physical street address.

 

What will UPS do if I am not home when they deliver my package?

They will leave it at the door without a signature. The only exceptions are if you live in an apartment or a non-release area. 

 

Do you ship to military bases, colleges, or hospitals? 

We can deliver to a military base if we have a physical street address that is not a barracks. We can ship to employees of hospitals, colleges, prisons, etc. if we have a physical street address and contact name. We are not able to ship to residents of these facilities, as the package will be delivered to a mail room area and not properly refrigerated. We also are unable to ship to FPO or APO addresses at this time.


Do the retail stores ship hams?

No, because of our rigorous shipping standards, we ship everything from our catalog center, which allows us to be sure strict shipping regulations are met. This ensures our guarenteed delicious delivery standards.
